Extend the Life of the Nozzle with Aluminum Impregnation
All of our nozzles go through an extensive process to ensure quality and extend the life of the part called impregnation. We impregnate all our nozzles with a casting finish to help seal all leaks and porous surfaces; setting us apart from other manufacturers.The impregnating sealant is introduced to porosity nozzles as part of our normal production schedules. The sealant is then solidified, filling the porous openings and making sure the nozzle is pressure tight. This process enhances the interior surface finish to extend the life of the nozzle.
Fill Pipes
Built in anti-foam vents allow larger drops that won’t disturb sludge on the bottom of the tank. Prevents spills and allows for product expansion.
